We strive to provide our customers with high quality electric bikes so that they will want to use them on a daily basis, which will save our environment, ease traffic jams, and otherwise make the world a better place.

We promise to provide exceptional service to our customers. When you call, 99% of the time we will pick up right away. Also, if you can't come to us, we often do not charge for house-calls because we want our customers to ride their bikes every day.

I am not some business man who doesn't know electric bikes any more than you do. I am an engineer who doesn't believe business has to be about taking advantage of my customers. I am fair, honest, and I care about your electric cycling experience. I always tell my customers about the hazards of riding and suggest that they take a bicycle safety course so that they avoid potentially dangerous situations. I don't pressure people into buying something, and I don't fib or sugar-coat the situation to make a sale. I am certain that people will appreciate the way I run my business and will recommend me to their friends.
